Note that depending on the banking institution they may require 3-5 business days of processing time once they receive information from us. Once your case is approved, a courier will arrive at the date, time, and address specified by the customer to retrieve the product**.
Should the customer decide to return their item without filing a case and receiving approval from our support team, the purchased item(s) will be delivered back and all cost borne by the customer.
